Similar to the other young professionals, I completed my engineering in computer science and I got placed into one of the top MNC concern when I’m doing my final year of engineering. Three months after the completion of my engineering, I received a response from the company to join the concern with all my certificates.
My job in that concern starts with a training period of three months. Along with me there are nearly two hundred members have joined in the concern. Those two hundred are from different locations in India. The first day starts with an induction class and with that we gained lots of information about the concern which we all are going to work. The training which I had consists of two phases, the first phase is the general training and the second phase is the stream training. The general training includes classes for communication skills, written skills and a little of technical skills. Since I’m from computer science engineering, the second phase of the training was based on the stream.
The training period was really a nice days in which we all learnt many new things to work for the concern in a better way. This training period have mould us a good professional and helped us to perform well in our job.
