My favorite dish is idly with tender pepper corns and Thai sweet basil. My mom use to prepare this dish for me. When ever I need to have tasty food I’ll get this dish from my mom. I’ll share this dish for my friends.
Ingredients:
Streamed idly-3 fresh, cloves-5 peeled garlic, chopped red chillies-3, and chopped tender pepper corns-3 brunches, Thai sweet basil-10 leaves, light soya sauce-1 tablespoon, white pepper powder- 1/2 teaspoon, sugar-1/2 teaspoon, Kikkoman sauce-1 teaspoon, oil for fry.
Method:
Stream the idlys and allow cooling. Cut idlys into small cubes and deep fry till golden brown. Heat 1 table spoon of oil in a wok. Add chopped garlic and chilies. Add light soya sauce, Kikkoman sauce, white pepper powder and sugar. Add tender pepper corns and Thai sweet basil. Add the deep fried idlys and d toss with one tablespoon of vegetable stock.
